I designed these card to help organize and keep track of the albums I purchase. It's also handy if I let someone borrow a record so they remember whose it is.
Simply fill out the card, stick the adhesive pocket to the plastic record outer sleeve, and insert the card. This pack comes with 30 cards and pockets. Each card includes fields for the following:
Owner
Artist
Album
Label
Purchase Price
Date Aquired
Where/How Aquired
Condition/Rating
Date Cleaned & Method (x3)
Estimated Value/Date (x3)
Notes (8 lines)
Note: I don't recommend sticking it directly to the cardboard album sleeve. Instead, apply to a plastic sleeve so it won't damage anything important.
