Do you accept returns?

Yes! Just send back the product for any reason in new condition within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Do your products have a warranty?

We absolutely stand behind our products! We offer a 90 day warranty on anything we sell. If you have a problem with a product under normal, intended use, please contact us and we will work out a solution. We also understand that many of our products can suffer damage from accidents such as being hit by a baseball. Even if this happens, let us know. We're here to help you get back into the action!

Do you ship internationally?

We're working to add international shipping from this shop, but haven't yet. In the meantime, we also sell many of our products in our Etsy store where we do ship internationally.

Do you collect sales tax?

We are based in Washington state and collect sales tax for any orders sent to Washington. Each state has a particular threshold for when we will be required to collect tax. Once we hit the sales threshold that requires tax for a specific state, we will begin collecting sales tax.

Do you really make everything in your shop?

Yes, we make the majority of the products with the exeption of some accessories which we source internationally. These include items such as phone holders, fans, and articulating arms. Many of the products are made with 3D printed components that are printed in our workshop.

What happens if a product is damaged or lost during shipping?

Though rare, this can happen. If the product appears to have been damaged because it wasn't properly packed, we will quickly ship a replacement. All shipments are insured on your behalf. If the shipment suffered clear damage by the carrier or was lost during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Also, contact us and we will work with you to get a discounted replacement sent as we know carriers can take time to issue a refund.
